I use a pot, but you could use your kettle as well. I just find it harder to strain in a kettle. Add two tablespoons (or 6 medium fresh leaves) to boiling water. Turn the heat down and simmer for 5 minutes. (If you want to sweeten it add your sweetener at this point.
